Success Story: Meet Natalie

When Natalie first starting training with Dayes Soccer Training, she made her goal clear: to make the women’s soccer team at her high school. After speaking with her and her parents, I assembled the following steps (a training guide) to showcase to her how I was going to help her accomplish her goal.

At her age, it’s critical that she had to:

  1. Improve dribbling with both feet

  2. Improve passing and receiving/ball control

  3. Improve finishing (both feet, different types)

  4. Improve agility and footwork

I worked with Natalie over a 4 week time period, and she showed notable progress in these areas.

More specifically,

  • Her dribbling with both feet continued to improve, and her touches are closer to her body now.

  • Her dribbling moves and turns to accelerate were smoother

  • Her ball control and passing improved, and she has shown good improvement with receiving balls on the ground and receiving balls with her chest and thighs

  • She passed the ball with more pace and her accuracy
